Open the sachet.

Open at the first notch and remove the oxygen absorber.

Add water.

Add water according to the instructions on the packet and mix well.

Remove the air and seal the bag.

Turn the bag upside down and let it rest for the recommended time.

Mix well and enjoy!

Tear sachet at second notch for easier access.

This is by far the best experience I've had with a freeze-dried meal. I bought several to support a Canadian company and I'm really glad I did. The taste was excellent, the calorie-to-price ratio was the best I could find, and delivery was fast. I really couldn't ask for more and I will definitely buy them again.

I brought 3 different SLY meals on a kayaking trip with friends last year. They were all a unanimous hit and kept us well-fed for paddling the next day. We had the bolognese, bourguignon, and pad Thai, and everyone had their favorite. I highly recommend them 👌

How do I prepare this freeze-dried meal?

Add hot water directly to the pouch as indicated, stir, and let it sit for the recommended time (about 12 minutes). It's ready to eat directly from the pouch.
